IComLeavWe: Join the Conversation

This is my very first participation in IComLeavWe and I am so excited to welcome new readers as well as find new blogs to read!

My husband and I have been married for 3 1/2 years (together for almost 12). We started trying to conceive as soon as we got married but have hit a lot of speed bumps along the way (lack of insurance, PCOS, rude doctors). We are currently seeing an RE (who I lovingly call Dr. Godfather) and are in the process of doing IUI cycles. I turn 30 in 5 months and am on a mission to be pregnant by my 30th birthday! Blogging has become an outlet for me...a way to mix my humor with the crazy infertility rollercoaster!

This is the story between "Just Married" and "They lived Happily Ever After".

I hope you all enjoy!

Hey there-
I came across your blog before ICLW and was checking up on you. We did a couple of IUI's around the same time as you. If I remember correctly you are from Jersey? Its where I grew up. GL!

I'm glad you stopped by and said hello! I have PCOS too, and a very dear friend who lives across from me with a pretty bad case of it. She has been doing IUIs for the past few months. I hope that you have much better success and wish you all the very best with your IUIs.

*hugs*

Thanks for visiting my blog! This is only my second time participating in ICLW, but it is great to find such support. I also love blogging too, as it gets me through the days. I am sorry to hear about your cancelled cycle, but sending positive thoughts your way next month!

So nice to "meet" you! I, too, have PCOS, have been married 3 1/2 years (and trying ever since) and will turn 30 in a few months. Looking forward to reading more and wishing you the best of luck!

I hope you enjoy ICLW, it's addictive :) It has also helped me find some awesome women (and men) over the past year who have helped me in so many ways, there's a great little community here :)

I'm sorry to read you missed out this month, I hope next month brings you your BFP.

Ugh, rude/bad Doctors and the worst... they make everything so much harder.

Our story is eerily similar. Married for 3, together for 10, bad doctors, and heading to my 30th birthday at the end of May with no hope of getting pregnant in site (we have to do an ICSI).

Thanks for the comment on my blog.
So glad to have found your blog, while stopping by for an ICLW visit...

Ohhh, I was on that "pregnant-before-30" mission too, and hope you have better luck on that front than I did--I just turned 30 on Dec. 31 and still not pg (tho we did adopt a fabulous baby boy last year so I was a mom before 30!)--now I'm on a "pregnant-while-I'm-30" mission...you'd think I'd learn... Anyway good luck to you! We too have been trying for 3.5 years btw!

I think we are in the same boat here.... I turn 30 in 6 months and I am on a mission to be pregnant by then too!! OMG, the deadlines we put on ourselves!! We are also doing IUIs... I look forward to following your blog!
